Ventilation Equipment Installation Standards

Piping and fittings from the closed valve to the project mouth of the ventilation equipment should be welded using 2-3mm thick steel plates, and the welding should be sufficient, uniform and tight. Ventilation pipes in toxic areas should be connected by welding. Ventilation pipes and closed valves should be connected by flanges with closed grooves, and smooth contact should be maintained; flange gaskets should be made of full-circle non-interfacial rubber sealing rings.

       1.Ventilation equipmentPipes and fittings from the closed valve to the project port should be welded using 2-3mm thick steel plates, and the welding should be full, uniform and tight.

  

  2. Ventilation pipes in toxic areas should be connected by welding. Ventilation pipes and closed valves should be connected by flanges with closed grooves, and smooth contact should be maintained; flange gaskets should be made of full-circle non-interface rubber sealing rings.

  

  3. The steel plate thickness of the main project ventilation pipes and fittings should meet the design requirements. When there are no special requirements in the design, the thickness of the steel plate should be greater than 0.75mm.

  4. One end of the engineering pressure measuring pipe outside the protective closed door should have a downward bend, and the other end ventilation equipment should be located in the ventilation room or control room, and a ball valve should be installed. The interface of the pressure measuring pipe passing through the antivirus channel should be welded.

  

  5. The measuring holes of ventilation equipment and decontamination sampling pipes should be opened at the same time as the pipes. The measuring holes and decontamination sampling pipes should be blocked.

  

  6. The airflow direction, valve opening and closing direction and opening degree in the ventilation equipment should be clearly and accurately marked.


  The installation of ventilation equipment fans should meet the following requirements:

  

  (1) During the trial operation of the ventilation equipment fan, the rotation direction of the impeller is correct. After running for at least 2H, the temperature rise of the sliding bearing does not exceed 35 degrees, and the temperature does not exceed 70 degrees; the temperature rise of the rolling bearing does not exceed 40 degrees, and the temperature does not exceed 80 degrees;

  

  (2) The centrifugal fan is in close contact with the shock absorber seat, the bolts are tightened, and there is an anti-loosening device;

  

  (3) When the ventilation equipment duct fan is installed with a shock-absorbing hanger, the fan is tightly connected to the shock-absorbing hanger, which is firm and reliable; when the fan installation bracket is used, the fan is tightly connected to the shock absorber, bracket and bracket, which is stable and reliable.


   The installation of ventilation equipment filters, paper dust collectors and filter absorbers should meet the following requirements:

  

  (1) The Model, Specification and rated air volume of various ventilation equipment need to meet the design requirements;

  

  (2) The installation direction of various ventilation equipment is correct;

  

  (3) When connecting ventilation equipment and pipes, it is recommended to use integral rubber hose joints, and there is no air leakage; the fixing bracket should be flat and stable;

  

  (4) The installation of the ventilation equipment filter should be firmly fixed, and there should be no obvious gap between the filter and the frame, the frame and the maintenance structure;

  

  (5)Ventilation equipmentThe paper dust collector and filter should be firmly fixed, accurately positioned and tightly connected.
