After-sale Service
I. Basic After-sale Service Policy
1. Return and Exchange Policy
Within 7 days: If a performance failure occurs, the product can be exchanged or repaired free of charge; if there is no product of the same Model, the consumer may request a refund
Within the three-guarantee period: If the repair takes more than 30 days, the consumer can replace the product with the same Model free of charge; if the repair takes more than 90 days due to lack of parts, the product also needs to be replaced.
2. Warranty Scope
Free service: Free repair and parts replacement are provided for failures not caused by human factors within the warranty period (1 year).
Paid service: For failures outside the warranty period or caused by human factors, repair fees, parts fees, and on-site service fees will be charged at market prices.
II. After-sales Service Process
1. Appointment and Diagnosis
Make an appointment through Tel, online platforms, etc., providing product Model, fault description, and other information.
The maintenance personnel will check the fault on-site and clarify the repair plan and cost.
2. Repair Execution
Use tools and parts that meet industry standards. The repair process needs to be recorded and photos or videos of new and old parts need to be uploaded.
After the repair, the functions need to be tested on-site, and a repair order needs to be filled out.
3. After-sales Follow-up
Follow up with the customer within 24 hours after the service is completed to collect satisfaction feedback.
Provide a repair warranty period (e.g., 30 days), during which the same problem will be repaired free of charge.
III. Warranty Terms
1. Within 1 year from the date of sale, if a performance failure occurs, the product itself and the outer packaging must remain intact and free of scratches. The product can be replaced with the same Model (subject to inspection), but this does not include damage caused by human factors.
2. The product is warranted for one year from the date of sale, with lifetime repair, but parts are not covered by the warranty;
3. The warranty service is only valid under normal use;
4. Any damage caused by human factors, self-disassembly, improper use, or any other external damage is not covered by the warranty.
