    1. Fresh air unit air quality control Air quality control refers to controlling the fresh air unit to adjust the temperature and humidity of the air to a satisfactory setpoint, and installing temperature and humidity sensors in the building system negative pressure. On the air duct, the solenoid valve is switched according to the supply air temperature to ensure the set supply air temperature. When the measured temperature deviates from the set value, the field controller sends a control signal to the regulating valve controller that constitutes a closed-loop control, such as PID (Proportional Integral Differential) and optimized PID formulas, to keep the controlled temperature within the required control range. In terms of building system negative pressure air supply temperature control, it realizes the functions of winter heating and summer dehumidification. When the air is dry in winter, the humidifier's operating status is adjusted according to the supply air temperature. When the measured temperature deviates from the set value, the field controller sends a control signal to the humidifier, and the humidifier starts and stops running until a satisfactory humidity value is detected. In summer, when the fresh air humidity is high, the dew point temperature is usually higher than the temperature setpoint. At this time, the air is condensed through the refrigerator to reduce the air temperature.

    2. Exhaust fan group building system negative pressure There are a total of 8 exhaust fan groups in the building. During special periods, the exhaust fan groups will ensure the negative pressure of the entire ward. The system needs to centrally monitor the exhaust fan groups, and there is also a certain correlation between the operation of the exhaust fan groups and the operation of the fresh air unit, and this correlation is also automatically completed by the system. By switching between fresh air and exhaust air to meet the building system negative pressure requirements during special periods, when the system is turned on, the exhaust fan unit is turned on first, and then the fresh air unit is turned on after a period of time. The order is reversed when shutting down to ensure that there is fresh air in the building.
